PUB NIGHT

Don't forget that we still have our regular Thursday evening pub night at the Konvikt pub on Bartolomejska, where trainers, trainees, grads and students all meet to drink and chat. This often leads to social events involving students, graduates and trainees such as canoeing on the Sazava river, January's trip to a Moravian wine cellar, crawling around in limestone pits in Amerika or a great day at the races. Saturday 7th February, 2009 - Moravian Wine Cellar #3

Sunday 16th May 2010 - Annual Canoeing Day Trip

As usual, May means it's time to take a canoeing trip down the Sazava river. If you are interested, you need to book a canoe for the Tynec to Pikovice through the following website bisport.cz. The English side of the site isn't too useful, but send them an email as they do speak English. It's recommended to order a Noah or Vydra canoe for 2 people. The meeting point is at 6:35 at Hlavni Nadrazi (main station) in front of the drogerie Schlecker.
