Accommodation in Prague We offer two accommodation options in Prague in our spacious and centrally-located flats. You can click on the map below to see where they are; one near the Charles Bridge and the other just off Wenceslas Square, two of the major landmarks in central Prague.
Of course, you can also make your own arrangements for accommodation, though we strongly advise you to make sure that you get something which will be suitable for staying in during a period of intensive study and that is guaranteed for the duration of the course. Our TESOL Coordinator will be happy to advise you on your options. Take a look at where our student flats are located in the center of the city, close to Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square![]() Enlarge Student Flat 1: MuzeumThis is a very centrally located, three-bedroom flat in a classic Prague apartment building, just off Wenceslas Square. It is a 15-minute walk to the school with plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants on the way. There are also excellent transport connections via the nearby metro station, Muzeum, and various tram lines.
The flat is bright and sunny with 3 large bedrooms, all with balconies. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom/WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bedding is supplied. The flat is on the fourth floor and there is no lift. Student Flat 2: ZborovskaThe flat is situated in a street parallel to ther river. The 15 minute walk into the school is spectacular, taking you along the river bank and across a bridge with views of the castle and Charles Bridge. There is also a tram connection to the school, which is 3 stops away. The river bank and nearby Kampa and Petrin parks are excellent places to relax at the weekend and Andel shopping centre is about 5 minutes walk with a large supermarket and 2 multi-screen cinemas showing English language films. There is also a lively local bar and restaurant scene. The flat itself is very spacious with four large bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen/dining room, bathroom and separate WC. It is on the first floor of a classic 1920's Prague apartment block (no lift) with high ceilings, wood floor and modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bedding is supplied. Prices and ReservationsPlaces in the student flats are in great demand and are allocated on a first come first served basis. To reserve a room you can pay by credit card or by bank transfer with your course fees or separately. Prices include all bed linen and cleaning. Flat 1: MuzeumFor 5 weeks: individual room, €400 Sharing a room, €275. Flat 2: Zborovska For 5 weeks: individual room, €450 Sharing a room, €300.
Accommodation in our Student FlatsAccommodation in our Student Flats is available for 34 nights from the Saturday noon prior to the course until the Friday morning following. In both cases, extra days may be possible subject to availability and will be charged pro rata. We will be happy to help you with all information regarding the accommodation. tesol@oxfordtefl.cz What if it's full?Don't worry. If our student flats are full, we will work with you individually to find the best solution for you. This could include staying in a hostel or the provision of a room in host accommodation. In all cases, we guarantee that you will be provided with an adequate room with bedding, a desk and a quiet place to work and study. As with the school and our student flats, this accommodation will be in or close to the centre. You have chosen to do the course in a beautiful city and we believe that the only way to take advantage of the setting during this intensive course is to be located centrally. Arriving in PragueOur staff will coordinate with you regarding your arrival in Prague ensuring you have clear directions for how to get to our accommodation and to make sure somebody is at the flat to meet and orientate you. If you would like to be picked up from the airport, this can be arranged for a small fee (approximately 25 Euros)
